4. Subscriptions & Billing

Serplight offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Serplight uses advanced AI models to generate analyses, content briefs, and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated output before using it in your projects. Serplight does not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic improvements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serplight and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.
